Moderators Protocol

        Guidelines for Moderators

1. Spam, Bait Posts, and Troll Posts: 

• First Offense: Warning and/or One Week Ban depending on the severity of the post. Please Note for the members: If you're a well-known troll and/or have posted tons of spam/bait posts before, you're out the first strike permanently.

        - Please be sure to check the poster's profile and see if they have posted anything against our rules earlier and hence take required actions.

• Second Offense: Two Week Ban or Permanent Ban [If you have already been banned and/or warned do not do it again you'll either receive a Two week Ban if it is your second offense or a Permanent ban depending on the severity of the post]

• Third Offense: Permanent Ban. You snooze, you lose. You've either already been warned or have been on a suspension and should've known better.

Note: It's up to the moderator whether if they want to ban you for a short time or permanently. 

2. Advertisement and Pornographic Content:

• Permanent Ban. You should know better especially posting anything pornographic including all non-approved advertisement [if ever]. No warning what so ever.

3. Regarding Posting in the Spam Catcher and Moderator Zone Category:

• Spam Catcher is a dumping ground for Bots. Try not to post in it. All posts will be removed and deleted continuously [daily clean up you can call it]. If you accidentally posted in this category, tag the mods in the comment section of the particular post. They would move the post or remove it, as per their convenience.
• The Moderator Zone is only for the Owner and Moderators to post in. If you are not a Moderator or Owner then obviously don't post there. All posts there will be removed if you do but if you did it accidentally, contact the moderators to move it.  

4. Regarding Blocking Owners and Moderators:

• Blocking Moderators and Owner is not necessarily a ban, but if the OP has posted something inappropriate and ban you so that you can not reach them, it shall be a permanent ban.

5. Regarding Homophobia, Racism, Sexism, Bullying, Threats and General Harassment:

• Instant Ban!
• Please be sure to contact the mods if you see any kind of comments, posts that make you feel uncomfortable. The required action would be taken. Respectfulness and Civility is key

6. Regarding sharing of links to doubtful sites:

• If they are not reliable links listed on the Community Guidelines page, remove them instantly. No Warning.
• Obvious Pornographic and Advertisements links are permanent bans. No Warning
• Sharing Communities/Collections are perfectly acceptable. Just be sure that they do not break any other community rules. More information regarding the same is provided in the Community Guidelines page.
• All posts with links that are reliable including those that have shared Communities & Collections must include a proper description about the same.
• Posting of any kind of videos is against the rules.
